Yes the rumours are true we managed to find a batch of WA 1911 Military's last week,
brand new in the box. Bought by a Hong Kong collector from WA way back in Late 2001. We had an initial batch of 10 guns, 8 of which have sold already !! plus an extra 5 arrived today.
So as of now we have 7 left, it looks very unlikely that we will be able to get anymore, and Western Arms tells us they have no plans to make anymore.
They are only available as Level 1 Custom guns at a price of £230
If you wish to place an order or need more info send an e-mail to 1911military@pjr-custom.co.uk
for details of the Level 1 custom gun specification. click Here
The guns will be allocated on a first come first served basis, only receipt of payment will secure a gun.
The guns are expensive because it cost us a lot of money to buy them from the Hong Kong collector and get them to the UK.
See below for full details :
Yes this is the Legendary Western Arms 1911 Military Model, no longer available, discontinued in Jan 2002 with Western Arms having no plans to make any more.
A very heavy piece, weighing in at 990g with empty magazine that's the same weight as a double stack Para Ordnance, and this is a single stack !. Very accurate and powerful, 1 J out of the box !.
Full milspec parkerised finish on the gun and magazine, and authentic marking's throughout..... even a D ring for hanging around your neck on a cord....... though I doubt it would be an
"allowable holster position" under IPSC rules !.
Spare original 15round parkerised finish magazines are no longer available, however the gun will use standard 15round western arms single stack magazines
available in black with the same base plate, so once the magazine is in the gun you cant tell the difference !.
